Bristol Park at Eagle Mountain delivers two levels of long-term care: Assisted Living and Memory Care. The community accepts residents with moderate dementia and is prepared to manage behaviors such as daytime or nighttime wandering and elopement. Clinical support is available for wound care, oxygen therapy, special dietary needs, residents under 60, and diabetics who use oral medications.
Round-the-clock safety is built into daily operations. A registered or licensed nurse is on site for up to 16 hours and on call at all other times, with an awake night staff, 24-hour security, and a personal emergency response system that notifies staff. Nurses oversee medication management and coordination, and physicians, dentists, podiatrists, physical and occupational therapists, and hospice professionals provide scheduled on-site visits. Caregivers assist with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting when only some physical help is needed. Residents who use walkers, wheelchairs, or need standby, one-person, or two-person transfers can be accommodated, and an enclosed courtyard supports safe outdoor time for Memory Care residents.
Accommodations include studio and one-bedroom apartments, some with private bathrooms, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate the room. Not every unit offers every feature, so families should confirm availability when touring.
The dining program provides three daily meals with an all-day dining option for residents who prefer flexible hours, and guest meals can be arranged. Therapeutic and special diets are prepared under nurse supervision to meet medical directives such as diabetic or low-sodium plans.
Residents have access to wheelchair-friendly common areas, a barber and beauty salon, an exercise room, internet service, a library, and communal gardens for outdoor relaxation and activities.
