Anthology of Denton offers both Assisted Living and dedicated Memory Care programs. The community is equipped to serve residents who wander during the day or night, are at risk of elopement, stay up throughout the night, use oxygen, require special diets, are younger than 60, or manage diabetes with either oral medications or insulin injections. Advanced dementia conditions are accepted, and the building is designed to accommodate memory loss with secure spaces and specialized programming. Clinical oversight includes ongoing assessment and medication management to adjust care plans as residents’ needs change.

Around-the-clock clinical support is provided by on-site RNs and LPNs, with a nurse available 24 hours each day. Staff members undergo background checks, work awake night shifts, and can be reached through pull cords and personal emergency response systems. In-house services include incontinence and ambulatory care, hospice coordination, optometry, podiatry, physical and occupational therapy, and structured memory care. Full assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and the team performs walker and wheelchair assistance, standby or supervised transfers, as well as one-person or two-person transfers when required. Security measures include alarmed doors, fenced outdoor areas, and staff stationed on site at all hours.

Apartments are designed for practicality, with options that may feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, and cable hookups. Layouts vary, so not every residence includes each of these features, and availability depends on unit selection.

Meals follow a set menu prepared to meet nutritional guidelines, with accommodations for physician-ordered special diets. Snacks are available between meal times, and staff is present to give full eating assistance when needed, ensuring residents maintain adequate nutrition and hydration.

Residents have access to on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, wellness center, internet connectivity, communal gardens, library, pub and lounge, theater, activity and game rooms, and an art studio and workshop. Scheduled transportation, housekeeping, and laundry services are included. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
