The staff is experienced in supporting residents who wander during the day or night, those at risk of elopement, individuals using oxygen, adults under 60, and diabetics who require oral medications. Care plans can also address the challenges of advanced dementia, offering structure and monitoring tailored to each resident’s condition.

Registered and licensed nurses are on staff, and a nurse is on call 24 hours a day to handle urgent clinical issues. All employees undergo background checks, night-shift staff remain on site while residents sleep, and the building maintains door alarms, fenced outdoor areas, continual security coverage, and WanderGuard technology. On-site podiatry visits reduce the need for trips off campus. Direct care staff provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and they are trained for transfers ranging from standby support to two-person lifts. Walkers and wheelchairs are accommodated without restriction.

Private rooms are available, and many include an in-room bathroom and cable service, although not every unit has all of these features. Rooms are designed for easy mobility and allow residents to personalize the space with familiar belongings.

Meals follow a set menu designed to meet general nutrition guidelines, and snacks are available between scheduled dining times. The kitchen can modify textures and ingredients to support physician-ordered diets or personal preferences, ensuring residents with diabetes or other conditions receive appropriate meal plans.
