Santa Fe Trails Assisted Living and Memory Care offers two core levels of support—Assisted Living and Memory Care. Residents with moderate dementia can remain onsite as needs progress, and the community can accept individuals for respite or other short-term stays. Ongoing diabetes management is available, including monitoring and medication coordination.
The building maintains an awake staff on the night shift to address needs promptly. Onsite services include dedicated memory-care programming, incontinence management, ambulatory support, hospice coordination, medication management, and regular podiatry visits. Caregivers provide some physical assistance with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting.
Apartments are private or semi-private and may feature wheelchair-accessible showers, kitchenettes, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Select units overlook landscaped outdoor areas, while others are closer to a central fireplace, piano, or parking. The community is pet-friendly, but not every accommodation includes every feature listed.
Daily meals are prepared by the culinary staff and served restaurant-style in the main dining room. Menus rotate and can be adjusted for dietary needs, and guests can join residents for meals with prior notice.
Residents have access to a movie room, a library, and high-speed internet throughout the building. Special-interest clubs meet regularly, giving residents additional opportunities for structured social interaction.
