Meals follow a set menu, and the kitchen can accommodate physician-ordered diet modifications as well as vegetarian choices. The staff coordinates closely with medical providers to ensure diabetic, low-sodium, or other specialized diets are prepared accurately.

Residents have access to on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, outdoor smoking areas, a barber and beauty shop, internet connectivity, communal gardens, and scheduled religious services. Transportation is arranged for medical appointments and local errands, adding another layer of practical support.
