Additional hands-on help is available around the clock from an awake night-shift team trained to provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Transfers can be accommodated for residents who use walkers or wheelchairs, need standby support, require two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers, or are bed-bound. Medication management, hospice coordination, ambulatory care, incontinence services, and routine laundry are handled on site, reducing the need for outside appointments and keeping care centralized.
