Harvest of Aledo provides three levels of residential care: Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care. Residents who need day-to-day help with personal tasks can opt for Assisted Living, while those who are largely self-sufficient may choose Independent Living and still benefit from a built-in support network. Individuals experiencing Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia can reside in the dedicated Memory Care program, where staff members are trained to address cognitive changes and provide appropriate structure and supervision.
In addition to its tiered living options, the community maintains an array of medical supports. Clinicians are prepared to manage wound care and administer or monitor oxygen therapy. Diabetes oversight is available for both residents on oral medications and those who require insulin injections, and staff are equipped to serve adults under the age of 60 when necessary. On-site services include incontinence care and assistance for residents who need help with mobility, reducing the need for frequent outside appointments.
Accommodations range in layout and feature set, but many residences include a private bathroom and a kitchenette for light meal preparation. Residents are free to paint or decorate their rooms, and cable service is offered for personal entertainment. Regular housekeeping and access to outdoor areas are included, although not every unit has every feature, so prospective residents should confirm specific amenities during a tour.
Dining focuses on consistency and nutrition. Three meals are provided daily from a set menu, and snacks are available between meal times. Staff monitor dietary needs and can coordinate with medical personnel to align meal plans with diabetic or other specialized care requirements.
Beyond direct care and dining, Harvest of Aledo maintains an activity center that hosts events and programs designed to keep residents engaged and socially connected.
