Morning Pointe of Tullahoma offers two main levels of care: Assisted Living for residents who need help with daily activities and Memory Care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Both care types are delivered by staff trained to support changing care needs, so residents can remain in the same community even if their requirements increase over time.
Medical services are extensive. Short-term respite stays are available, and the team can manage diabetes, administer medications, and coordinate physician oversight. A secured environment is in place for Memory Care residents. On site, licensed nurses oversee care plans and coordinate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, as well as a podiatrist and dentist who visit regularly. The community also provides incontinence support, ambulatory assistance, and programs designed specifically for memory loss. Hospice services can be arranged when appropriate.
Apartments and companion suites vary in size and layout. Features such as parking, outdoor sitting areas, pet-friendly options, and wheelchair-accessible showers are available in selected units, but not every accommodation has every feature. Staff can help families choose a floor plan that matches mobility and lifestyle needs.
Three meals a day are prepared and served in a communal dining room. Menus are planned to meet nutritional guidelines, and alternatives can be provided for residents with dietary restrictions or physician-ordered meal plans. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day.
An activity center gives residents space for group programs, games, and small social gatherings, which are scheduled daily to encourage engagement. Because the community is pet friendly, it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
