Stones River Manor provides three levels of residence: Assisted Living for those needing day-to-day support, Independent Living for residents who want minimal assistance, and Memory Care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. These options allow a resident to move between care levels without leaving the campus, making transitions smoother for both the resident and family.
Clinical resources are in place for routine and specialized needs. Diabetes care is available, and respite or short-term stays can be arranged when family caregivers are unavailable. Physicians visit the community, and a secured environment adds an extra layer of safety for Memory Care residents. On-site nurses coordinate care with speech, occupational, and physical therapists, while podiatry, hospice, ambulatory, and incontinence services round out the medical offerings. The presence of licensed staff around the clock means residents have continuous access to help when health needs change.
Apartments are designed for straightforward living and can include cable service, weekly housekeeping, and scheduled laundry. Layouts vary, and not every apartment has every feature, so prospective residents are encouraged to confirm which services come with the specific unit they choose.
Meals are served from a set menu in the main dining room, allowing residents to gather at predictable times and enjoy consistent choices without the need to make daily selections. Staff monitor meal attendance and are able to assist residents who need help getting to the dining area or require modified diets.
Residents have access to a barber and beauty shop for personal grooming, a wellness center for basic fitness, on-site religious services for spiritual support, and a library for reading and quiet activities.
