Harmony at Victory Station offers three levels of residency—Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care—so residents can remain on the same campus even if their health needs evolve. The community is equipped to manage a wide range of clinical conditions, including residents who wander during the day or night, have a history of elopement, exhibit combative behaviors, or remain awake through the night. Care teams accommodate oxygen use, special diets, and adults under 60, and they manage diabetes using oral medications, injections, or sliding-scale insulin. Memory Care programming is designed for moderate dementia, providing structured schedules and safety measures while aiming to maintain residents’ cognitive abilities and daily routine.
Licensed nurses are on-site around the clock, supported by an awake night-shift staff. All employees undergo background checks, and emergency pull cords and personal emergency response systems alert staff immediately if assistance is needed. Medical services such as podiatry, audiology, psychiatric oversight, and rehabilitative therapies are brought directly to the building’s therapy room. For daily living, caregivers can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, and offer some help with eating. Transfer support ranges from standby supervision to one-person assists for walkers or wheelchairs, ensuring residents move safely throughout the day.
Apartment options include studios and one-bedroom layouts; some have private bathrooms, in-unit laundry, and kitchenettes, while others rely on scheduled laundry and shared amenities. Every residence is furnished, features individual climate controls, and can be personalized with paint or décor, although not all units include every listed feature. Routine housekeeping is provided, and Independent Living residents can add weekly housekeeping services.
Dining offers a set menu plus an on-order option at each meal. Snacks are available throughout the day, and meals can be served in the restaurant-style dining room, in a private dining area for family gatherings, or in residents’ apartments when needed. The culinary team manages diet modifications such as mechanical-chopped, puréed, thickened liquids, vegetarian selections, and physician-ordered therapeutic plans. Independent Living occupants can participate in a monthly meal plan tailored to their preferences.
Residents have on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, and scheduled transportation for appointments and outings. Amenities include a fitness room, wellness center, movie theater, pub and bistro, barber/beauty salon, library, internet access, communal gardens, special-interest clubs, and on-site religious services. Concierge assistance is available daily, and pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
