Town Village Audubon Park is an independent living community that can support residents who need routine monitoring of oxygen or oral diabetic medications and those living with moderate dementia. A nurse is on call 24 hours a day to coordinate care and respond to health changes, and staff remain awake through the night to check on residents and to answer PERS alerts.

Additional clinical resources include visiting podiatry services, an on-site therapy room, and full-service x-rays performed in the building, reducing the need for outside appointments. Caregivers can help with bathing, dressing, and toileting when only some physical assistance is required, while residents manage their own meals. Transfers are accommodated for people who use a walker or wheelchair and for those who need a one-person assist. Continuous background-checked staffing, fenced grounds at the front and rear, and 24-hour security add another layer of safety.

Apartments are offered in several layouts; many include a private bathroom, kitchenette, independent temperature controls, cable service, in-unit laundry, and housekeeping, although not every unit contains every listed feature. Scheduled laundry is available for residents who prefer staff to handle linens and clothing.

Meals are ordered from a flexible menu and can be served in the dining room, in a private dining space for family gatherings, or delivered to the apartment. Snacks are available between meals to accommodate varied schedules or medication regimens.

Residents have access to reserved parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, a wellness center, internet access points, communal gardens, on-site religious services, a concierge desk, library, pool, special-interest clubs, billiards room, computer center, and the Village Nook. Transportation is provided by scheduled shuttle with service to medical appointments. Smoking is allowed outside, and pets are welcome; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
