The community accepts residents who wander during either the day or night, those at risk of elopement, people who stay up all night, and individuals requiring oxygen or specialized diets. Diabetic management is provided for those on oral medications, injections, or sliding‐scale insulin, and staff are trained to work with advanced dementia conditions that may accompany these medical needs.

A licensed nurse is on site 24 hours a day, backed by an RN/LPN team and an additional nurse on call, while an awake night shift monitors door alarms, fenced perimeters, and resident pull cords or personal emergency response systems. Care staff can assist with full bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and they accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, standby help, or one-person transfers. Residents also benefit from an activity director, on-site podiatry visits, and a therapy room that supports ongoing rehabilitation goals.

Apartments range from studio to larger layouts; some include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable, in-unit laundry, and scheduled housekeeping, though not every apartment offers every feature. Independent Living residents may choose medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, scheduled laundry, and a monthly meal plan so they can maintain autonomy without sacrificing oversight where needed.

Meals can be ordered as desired, taken in the dining room, enjoyed in residents’ rooms, or arranged in a private dining space for family gatherings. Snacks are available throughout the day, and the culinary staff routinely prepares gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chopped, puréed, or thickened-liquid meals as prescribed by therapists and physicians.

Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise and wellness centers, an art studio, card room, library, communal gardens, a putting green, a pool, special-interest clubs, and on-site religious services.
