StoryPoint Cordova provides three levels of residency—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—so residents can remain in the same community even as needs change. Memory Care programming is designed for those who wander or who live with advanced dementia, and diabetic residents can be accommodated whether they are managed with oral medications, insulin injections, or a sliding scale regimen.
Clinical support is reinforced by licensed nurses on site 24 hours a day, with additional RN or LPN coverage on call. Care staff remain awake through the night, background-checked, and trained to respond immediately via resident pull cords or personal emergency response systems. Full-assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and the team can manage transfers that range from standby supervision to wheelchair or one-person assists. A therapy room and on-site podiatry services reduce the need for outside appointments, and the fenced front and rear grounds help maintain safety for residents who may wander.
Apartments are equipped with features such as individual climate controls, regular housekeeping, and scheduled laundry service, although not every unit contains every feature. Independent Living residents receive weekly housekeeping and laundry as part of their service package, allowing them to focus on daily routines and community activities.
Dining operates on an all-day schedule with restaurant-style service. Standard menus are supplemented with vegetarian, gluten-free, low-sodium, and no-sugar options so dietary needs can be met without special ordering. Residents in Assisted Living or Memory Care who require eating assistance receive help from trained staff during meals.
The campus includes resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, wellness center, communal gardens, pool, creative arts studio, and an outdoor putting green. Scheduled transportation is offered for medical appointments and local errands, and a shuttle is available for medical trips only.
