Legacy Village of Cleveland offers two primary living options—Assisted Living and Independent Living. Residents who want day-to-day help with tasks such as bathing, dressing, or medication reminders can select Assisted Living, while those who prefer a more self-directed routine with access to support as needed may choose Independent Living. Both tracks are designed to let residents adjust the level of assistance they receive without changing communities.
Beyond the basic care levels, the community delivers several clinical services. Staff is trained to monitor and support residents who manage diabetes, including glucose checks and coordination with physicians. On-site teams also provide incontinence care, mobility assistance for ambulatory needs, and structured memory care for residents with cognitive challenges. These services are available around the clock, allowing residents to remain in familiar surroundings even as health requirements change.
Accommodations include well-kept private or companion suites with access to outdoor areas that give residents a place to walk or sit outside when weather permits. Not every floor plan offers every feature, so prospective residents should review specific room layouts to confirm details such as patio access or proximity to common areas.
Dining is handled through a meals-provided program that prepares three daily meals plus snacks, with staff able to adjust menus for common dietary requirements like low-sugar or low-sodium requests. Meals are served in a central dining room to encourage social interaction, and tray service can be arranged during short-term illness or recovery.
An activity center on the property offers organized programs such as games, crafts, and educational sessions, giving residents a convenient place to stay engaged without leaving the campus.
