Harmony at Brentwood offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and a secure Memory Care program that supports residents with mild cognitive loss through advanced dementia. Medical oversight accommodates residents who wander or elope at any hour, demonstrate combative or other behavioral issues, remain awake throughout the night, or are younger than 60. The nursing team manages oxygen therapy, oral and injectable diabetes care—including sliding-scale insulin—and other day-to-day clinical needs. Residents and families can rely on the availability of licensed nursing staff to adjust care plans quickly if conditions change.

An RN or LPN is on-site around the clock, and all team members pass background checks. Doors are alarmed, the campus is staffed 24/7, and each apartment has pull-cords and personal emergency response systems that alert caregivers immediately. A full-time activity director coordinates therapeutically focused programming, while visiting podiatry and audiology services, a therapy room, and psychiatric-care acceptance reduce the need for outside appointments. Assistance is available for bathing, dressing, and toileting at the full-assist level, as well as partial help with eating. Residents who use walkers or wheelchairs receive standby or one-person transfer support.

Apartments vary in size and layout, but each offers a private bathroom and independent temperature controls; many include a kitchenette and furnished basics, and residents can paint or decorate if desired. Weekly housekeeping and scheduled laundry are standard, though availability of every feature differs by unit type and price.

Dining provides three chef-prepared meals daily with a set menu and on-order selections. Snacks are accessible at any time, room service is available for short-term needs, and a private dining room can be reserved for family events. Diet modifications cover mechanical-chopped, puréed, thickened-liquid, vegetarian, and other physician-ordered plans. Independent Living residents participate in a flexible monthly meal plan and receive weekly housekeeping while maintaining greater autonomy than those in Assisted Living.
