Living accommodations range from studio apartments to efficiency layouts, and each unit is equipped with central air conditioning. Depending on the specific apartment chosen, features may include a flat-screen television, cable service, Wi-Fi access, kitchenettes, in-unit washer and dryer, wheelchair-accessible showers, or a private porch. Outdoor walking paths, landscaped gardens and an indoor atrium give residents additional places to relax or socialize when they step outside their rooms.
