Clinical coverage includes an RN or LPN on staff, a 24-hour nurse on call, and routine visits from a nurse practitioner. Caregivers perform full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting and provide some physical help with eating. Transfer help spans standby or supervised support through one-person transfers for walkers and wheelchairs. Security measures such as background-checked employees, 24-hour staffed monitoring, door alarms, a fenced rear area, a personal emergency response system, and in-room pull cords reduce risk. Ancillary health services—podiatry, psychiatric support, and on-site physical, occupational, and speech therapy—supplement day-to-day care, while an activity director coordinates therapeutic programming seven days a week.
