The Villa at Saint Antoine offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care, providing a continuum of support for residents who need anything from medication reminders to interventions for advanced dementia. The community is equipped to manage day-to-day medical needs such as wound care, diabetic oversight for those on oral agents or insulin injections, and close monitoring of residents who wander, elope, stay up all night, or are under age 60. Clinical protocols address progressive cognitive decline to keep residents safe and medically stable.
Care delivery is reinforced by an RN or LPN on site, a nurse on call 24 hours, alarmed doors, a fenced rear area, and pull-cord alerts in resident rooms. On-site health services include podiatry, audiology, dental care, and a therapy room, and the community accepts residents with psychiatric diagnoses. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, standby supervision for eating, and a range of transfer help—from walker and wheelchair support to one-person transfers.
Apartment options vary but may feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, furnishings, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are provided, though not every unit contains every feature. Independent Living residents can add medication-management monitoring, housekeeping, laundry, and a monthly meal plan without transitioning to Assisted Living.
Dining includes a set daily menu, on-order selections, and snacks around the clock. In-room meal service and a private dining room accommodate personal or family gatherings, and the kitchen staff handles diet modifications such as gluten-free or vegetarian requests.
Residents have use of on-site parking, outdoor smoking areas, pet-friendly policies, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, a wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, concierge assistance, a library, special-interest clubs, and scheduled transportation for local errands or medical appointments. It’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
