Short-stay Respite care is available, and the community is prepared to work with individuals showing moderate dementia symptoms, offering structured routines and cueing as required.

Round-the-clock support is built into daily operations. An RN or LPN is on site, with a nurse on call 24 hours a day. Staff is present at all times, doors are alarmed, and residents have in-room pull cords and personal emergency response systems that alert team members. A podiatrist visits regularly for foot and ankle care. Direct assistance is available for bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and caregivers can handle transfers involving walkers, wheelchairs, or one-person lift support.

Apartments can include a private bathroom, basic furnishings, individual climate controls, cable service, and scheduled laundry, though not every unit has every feature. Meals follow a set menu with snacks always on hand, and staff can accommodate prescribed diet modifications. Independent Living residents in eligible units can receive medication-management monitoring, housekeeping, and laundry services while maintaining a more self-directed lifestyle.

The campus is wheelchair accessible and offers outside smoking areas, an on-site barber and beauty shop, an exercise room, a movie room, a wellness center, internet access, a library, and scheduled religious services. Transportation is arranged for medical appointments, shopping, and community outings.
