Nottingham Village provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care on one campus, allowing residents to move between levels of support if needs change. The community’s Memory Care program is structured for those with dementia or Alzheimer’s, while Assisted Living serves residents who need help with daily activities and medication reminders. Independent Living apartments are available for adults who want maintenance-free housing but do not currently require personal care.
Additional clinical support is built around respite stays, physical therapy, a mental wellness program, and diabetes care. The property is equipped with a sprinkler system for safety, and licensed nurses are on site to deliver services such as wound care, cardiac monitoring, stroke recovery oversight, and medication management. Residents have access to occupational, speech, and vision therapies, podiatry and dental services, ambulatory and incontinence care, and hospice when appropriate. Continuing care options and resident or family counseling are also available to help navigate changing health conditions.
Accommodations range from studios to larger private and semi-private apartments. Depending on the unit selected, features may include kitchenettes, washer and dryer hookups, vaulted ceilings, cable, phone, and Wi-Fi service. Many residences are pet friendly, and several open to landscaped grounds, outdoor gardens, or patios. Common areas include a library and computer lounge as well as outdoor seating areas; however, not every apartment comes with every listed feature.
Three daily meals are prepared on site and served in a communal dining area, with staff able to modify menus for most dietary needs. Residents who prefer to cook light fare in their own kitchenette may do so, but meals are always provided and included in the monthly fee. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day, and dining staff coordinate closely with the clinical team for physician-ordered diet restrictions.
Recreational offerings center on clubs and community groups, an activity center, scheduled social outings, bingo sessions, arts and crafts workshops, and yoga classes geared to varying mobility levels. Programs are updated regularly, and residents can choose to participate as their interests and energy levels allow.
