Sunrise of Dresher is an assisted-living community that supports residents who need varying levels of day-to-day help while still valuing their independence. In addition to routine assistance with activities of daily living, the community arranges on-site physical therapy, coordinates physician visits, and offers focused diabetes care. Short-term or respite stays are available, giving families a break or providing a safe place for recovery after hospitalization.
Care delivery is backed by an emergency call system in each resident area and a facility-wide sprinkler system for fire safety. Staff members respond around the clock to alerts, helping ensure prompt attention when needed and adding an extra layer of security for residents and their families.
Living spaces range from studio and efficiency layouts to ground-floor, handicap-accessible units, and residents may bring their own furnishings, paint, and decorate to taste. Features such as private bathrooms, independent temperature controls, kitchenettes, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and window treatments are available in many—but not all—apartments. Housekeeping, laundry, parking, landscaped grounds, outdoor seating areas, a central fireplace, and common lounges complement the private areas.
Dining is handled by professional chefs who prepare three daily meals with both set menus and on-order choices. Residents can select restaurant-style service, all-day or anytime dining, and have access to healthy snacks between meals. Specialized options—low sodium, no-sugar, kosher selections, and other diet management programs—are accommodated to support individual health plans.
Amenities and services include an activity center, library and computer lounge, fitness and yoga classes, health and wellness programs, arts and crafts, movie nights, bingo, gardening club, social outings, swimming pool access, outdoor walking paths, and off-site activities. Live Well programs and periodic dance or theater performances provide additional engagement, and residents are free to enjoy the outdoor spaces whenever scheduled activities move outside.
