Apartments may feature kitchenettes, individual climate controls and cable service, though not every unit includes all three options. Residents who require it can have meals plated and brought to them, while those who enjoy cooking can use their in-unit kitchenette when available.
Independent Living residents receive medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping, personal laundry service and a monthly meal plan, ensuring they still have access to support while retaining autonomy. These services can be adjusted if health needs change, making it easy to transition to a higher level of care without leaving the community.
