Volante of Roseburg, scheduled to open in summer 2025, will operate as an assisted-living community that centers its services on daily clinical oversight. Caregivers will provide assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other activities of daily living, using individualized care plans created in coordination with the resident’s physician. An emergency call system in each apartment will link residents directly to staff for immediate help.

Beyond direct medical support, the community plans to incorporate routine wellness assessments, fall-prevention programs, and coordination with outside physical, occupational, and speech therapists. Scheduled transportation to physician appointments in Roseburg will be available, and staff will communicate changes in care needs promptly to families and healthcare providers. The goal is to maintain residents’ independence while ensuring a consistent safety net.

Accommodations will include a selection of private and companion apartments, each designed with step-in showers, grab bars, and individual climate controls; some floor plans will also feature kitchenettes or patios. Weekly housekeeping, linen services, and maintenance are included, and a beauty salon will be located on site for hair care and grooming. Not every apartment will contain every feature mentioned, so prospective residents will want to confirm specific layouts during a tour.

Meals will be prepared in-house by a professional chef and served three times daily in the main dining room, with snacks available between meals. Menus will be reviewed for nutritional balance, and staff will accommodate physician-ordered diets such as low-sodium, diabetic, or mechanically altered textures. Residents may choose alternate entrées at each meal, and caregivers will provide mealtime assistance for those who need help with cutting food or maintaining adequate intake.

For leisure and social engagement, Volante of Roseburg will feature an on-site theater where residents can watch films, documentaries, or community presentations on a regular schedule.
