Pheasant Pointe Assisted Living & Memory Care offers three levels of residential care—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. Residents who want to maintain an active lifestyle with minimal support can choose Independent Living, while those needing help with daily tasks such as medication reminders, dressing, or bathing can opt for Assisted Living. The Memory Care program is designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia and provides a structured environment with routines that help reduce confusion and anxiety.
Medical support includes respite stays for short-term recovery or trial visits and diabetes care that covers glucose monitoring and diet management. An emergency call system is in place throughout the community, and the Memory Care neighborhood remains secured to limit unsupervised wandering. These measures help staff respond promptly to urgent needs and maintain resident safety around the clock.
Apartments range from studio and efficiency layouts to units with kitchenettes, and all come air-conditioned. Select residences offer wheelchair-accessible showers, in-unit washers and dryers, cable TV, and utilities included in the monthly rate, while others provide easier access to landscaped grounds or outdoor garden areas. Parking is available for residents who drive, and the community is pet-friendly, allowing cats and some other small animals; however, not every apartment includes every listed feature.
Daily meals are prepared and served on site, and all-day dining lets residents eat on their own schedule. Menu options accommodate low-sodium and no-sugar requirements, and healthy snacks are available between meals. Guests can join residents for meals, supporting family interaction and social engagement.
Amenities and services include an activity center, arts and crafts studio, library and computer lounge, movie room, and a Jacuzzi. Fitness offerings span structured programs, yoga or chair yoga, indoor and outdoor walking paths, and a swimming pool. Residents can join clubs, Montessori-based groups, intergenerational programs, and social outings. Regular events such as happy hour, live music, birthday parties, art classes, and cooking classes provide additional opportunities for engagement and wellness.
