The care team accepts residents who wander during the day or night, have a history of elopement, display behavioral issues, or stay up throughout the night. Special diet management is available, including detailed oversight for residents on oral diabetic medications, insulin injections, or sliding-scale regimens. The community also welcomes adults under 60 who need the structure of a licensed setting.

Around-the-clock medical oversight is central to daily operations. A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is on-site 24 hours, backed by an on-call nurse for unexpected needs. All staff undergo background checks, and the night shift remains awake. Doors are alarmed, a wander guard system is in place, and every apartment includes a pull cord and PERS device that alerts staff immediately. Full assistance is provided with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Mobility support ranges from standby help for walkers to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers and bed-bound care.

Apartments are available with private baths, kitchenettes, basic furnishings, independent temperature controls, and cable service; residents may paint or decorate their rooms. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are included, although not every unit offers every listed feature. Residents who plan to live more independently can use housekeeping and laundry services on an as-needed basis rather than daily.

Meals follow a set menu prepared to meet physician-ordered diets, with snacks offered throughout the day. In-room dining is an option for anyone unable to reach the dining room, while a separate private dining room can be reserved for family visits. Independent Living participants can purchase a monthly meal plan that allows them to join scheduled seatings without signing up for the full assisted-living package.

A movie room, wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, and a library round out the leisure spaces.
