Prestige Senior Living Arbor Place offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care, allowing residents to receive the level of support they need without relocating as needs change. The team is prepared to manage behavioral issues, wound care, oxygen therapy, special diets, and all forms of diabetic care—from oral medications to injections and sliding-scale insulin. Memory Care programming is designed for individuals with mild dementia, and care plans are adjusted regularly to keep pace with changes in condition.
Care delivery is supported by an RN/LPN on staff and a nurse on call 24 hours a day. All employees undergo background checks, an awake night staff is on duty, and apartments are equipped with pull cords that alert caregivers. On-site clinical services cover stroke and cardiac care, incontinence and ambulatory support, hospice, medication management, and regular visits by dentists, podiatrists, occupational and physical therapists. The community can provide some physical assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting, standby supervision at meals, and a full range of transfers—including walker, wheelchair, one-person and two-person assists.
Apartments may feature private bathrooms, individual climate controls, cable hookups, and the option to paint or decorate, though not every unit includes every feature. Residents may choose layouts that match their mobility and privacy preferences, and housekeeping, maintenance, and linen services are provided.
Three meals are served daily, with snacks available and menu options that can be tailored for physician-ordered diet modifications. Independent Living residents can opt into medication-management monitoring, weekly housekeeping and laundry, and a monthly meal plan that offers flexibility for those who spend part of the day away from campus.
Amenities include outdoor smoking areas, a pet-friendly policy, wheelchair-accessible common areas, an on-site barber and beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, internet access, communal gardens, and scheduled transportation for medical appointments and errands. It’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
