Pets are welcome, housekeeping is provided, and utilities, central air conditioning, and parking are included. Common spaces feature outdoor gardens, landscaped grounds, and a central fireplace, though not every apartment contains every listed feature.

A professional chef prepares three daily meals, and residents may invite guests to dine. The kitchen supports vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low- or no-sodium, and no-sugar meal plans. All-day dining allows residents to eat outside scheduled hours when preferred.
