Cascade Manor offers three primary levels of residential care—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—allowing residents to transition between services as needs change. Independent Living residents maintain their routines with minimal intervention, while Assisted Living adds help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. The Memory Care program is designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, providing structured schedules and cueing to support cognitive health and personal safety.
Additional medical support is available for respite stays, diabetes management, and on-site physical therapy. Licensed nurses are on the premises, and residents can access speech therapy, occupational therapy, ambulatory care, incontinence care, and full nursing services without leaving the community. A wellness program tracks ongoing health goals, and the campus supports continuing care should needs progress. For security, each residence is tied into an emergency call system and the building is equipped with a sprinkler system. Resident and family counseling services are also offered to help navigate care decisions.
Residences range from studio and efficiency layouts to larger floor plans, and each unit includes basic housekeeping. Some apartments feature vaulted ceilings, fireplaces, wall-to-wall carpet, window treatments, in-unit washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi, but these features are not present in every accommodation. Landscaped grounds, outdoor gardens, and other shared outdoor areas give residents space for walking or sitting outside.
Cascade Manor provides three daily meals, prepared with attention to nutritional guidelines for older adults. Menu choices are rotated to accommodate varied tastes and special diets, and staff are available to assist anyone who needs help with eating. Meal service is included in the monthly fee, and residents can opt to dine in common areas or take meals back to their apartments.
The community includes an activity center, a library and computer lounge, organized clubs and social groups, arts and crafts sessions, and structured health and wellness programs. These amenities are designed to encourage social engagement, cognitive stimulation, and physical fitness, rounding out the practical services already in place.
