Volante of Creswell will operate as an assisted-living community, providing residents with help that matches their individual care plans. Certified caregivers will be on duty around the clock to assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management. A licensed nurse will oversee care coordination, perform regular health assessments, and liaise with residents’ physicians to keep treatment plans current. Emergency response systems in resident apartments will connect directly with staff, and the community will maintain relationships with local hospitals and specialists for rapid transfers or on-site visits when needed.
Additional healthcare supports will cover scheduled wellness checks, chronic disease monitoring, and fall-prevention programs. Rehabilitation providers such as physical, occupational, and speech therapists will be available on an outpatient basis, and arrangements can be made for in-house services when prescribed. The community will also coordinate laboratory work, imaging, and pharmacy deliveries, reducing the need for residents to travel for routine medical tasks. Transportation for off-site medical appointments will be provided, and care conferences with families will be held regularly to adjust services as residents’ needs change.
Apartments will include a choice of studio, one-bedroom, or companion suites, each designed with step-free access, emergency pull cords, and bathrooms adapted for mobility support. Some layouts may feature kitchenettes, walk-in showers, or additional storage, but not all accommodations will have every feature. Residents will have access to a beauty salon on the premises for hair care and basic grooming services.
Dining will center on chef-prepared meals served three times daily in a communal dining room. Menus will be developed with input from a dietitian to meet nutritional guidelines and to accommodate physician-ordered diets such as low-sodium, diabetic, or texture-modified plans. Flexible dining times and lighter fare will be available throughout the day, and trays can be delivered to apartments when a resident is ill or prefers privacy.
Residents will be able to use shared amenity spaces that include a theater for movies, educational presentations, and televised events. Routine housekeeping, laundry, scheduled transportation, and maintenance services will be part of the monthly fee, and planned activities will be offered daily to support social interaction and cognitive engagement.
