The team is prepared to manage behaviors and conditions such as wandering at any time of day, elopement risk, staying up all night, complex wound care, oxygen support, specialized diets, diabetes (oral medication, injections, or sliding-scale insulin), and the care of adults under age 60. The community also accepts residents with advanced dementia, tailoring routines and monitoring protocols to match the progression of the disease.

Direct clinical oversight is provided by RNs/LPNs, with a nurse on site 24 hours a day and another on call. All staff members receive background checks, and an awake night shift covers the building after hours. Security measures include fenced front and rear areas, door alarms, WanderGuard technology, pull-cord alerts to staff, and personal emergency response systems that can dial 911. Podiatry is available on site, and caregivers can give total assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Mobility help ranges from simple standby aid to one-person transfers for residents who use walkers or wheelchairs.

Accommodations include a selection of suites that may feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, basic furnishings, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate the room; not every unit has every feature, so it is important to verify availability. For those in Independent Living, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, and a monthly meal plan are bundled into the residency agreement.

Dining offers a set menu each day, but residents can place on-order requests at mealtimes. Snacks are available between meals, and the kitchen honors physician-ordered or preference-based diet modifications ranging from carbohydrate-controlled menus for diabetics to texture changes for swallowing concerns.

Residents have access to parking, and the campus is wheelchair accessible throughout. Amenities include a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, wellness center, internet access, and communal gardens.
