I was searching with no luck and when I called[name removed] she said yes immediately. It was in ten minutes of where I live. I feel my loved one got adequate care. He can care for all his personal needs. I would recommend to others.

It was a very good placement. My son who lives there, he doesn't require a lot of care. He takes care of himself. If it was someone who was bedridden I couldn't judge that, but for him, I'd tell people it was a very good placement.

The main selling point for us was how close the facility is to where all of his children live so that we could visit often. All of the staff have been super friendly and helpful. We would recommend The Heritage of Sugar Mountain to others.

Dont work here they will treat you like trash and let people run over you and do nothing about it and the day you stand up for yourself they will fire you without warning no write ups nothing
