TerraBella Indian Trail provides both Assisted Living and dedicated Memory Care, allowing residents to receive day-to-day help or more specialized support for advanced dementia conditions. The community is prepared to manage wandering at any time of day, elopement risk, combative or other behavioral issues, and residents who are awake throughout the night. Clinical oversight extends to wound care, supplemental oxygen, and diabetes management for individuals on either oral medication or insulin injections.
Registered and licensed nurses are on staff, background checks are completed on all employees, and exit doors are alarmed to help maintain resident safety. Pull-cord emergency alerts connect residents directly to staff. The community accepts residents with psychiatric diagnoses and delivers full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Transfer help ranges from standby supervision to one- or two-person transfers and accommodates walkers and wheelchairs.
Residences are designed for practicality. Many include a private bathroom and independent temperature controls, while cable service, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry are available. Because layouts vary, not every accommodation offers every listed feature.
Meals are served through a rotating set menu with an option to order certain items on demand. Snacks are accessible throughout the day, and residents may dine in their rooms or reserve the private dining room for guests. The kitchen can handle a range of diet modifications, including gluten-free meals, mechanical-chop, purée, thickened liquids, and vegetarian selections.
Residents have access to on-site parking, and the building is wheelchair accessible. A barber and beauty shop, movie room, internet access points, communal gardens, a library, special-interest clubs, and on-site religious services provide daily engagement. Scheduled transportation helps residents reach appointments and outings. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
