Priddy Manor Assisted Living offers two levels of care—Assisted Living and Memory Care. Residents can receive targeted medical support for diabetes management, physical therapy, and speech therapy, as well as participate in a structured mental-wellness program. The community also accommodates respite or short-term stays, giving families flexibility when interim care is needed. On-site physician oversight ensures continuity of care, and care plans are adjusted as residents’ medical conditions change.
Staffing and safety measures include an emergency call system in each apartment and throughout common areas, and a secured environment with a wander-management system for individuals living with memory loss. Nursing coverage is available 12–16 hours daily, backed by licensed nurses, a physical therapist, an occupational therapist, and a podiatrist who make regular rounds. Services range from medication coordination and incontinence management to hospice care, ambulatory assistance, and a dedicated courtyard designed for safe outdoor access by Memory Care residents.
Apartments feature private bathrooms, basic utilities, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry service, though not every accommodation includes every listed feature. Floor plans are sized for easy mobility and can be personalized with residents’ own furnishings.
Daily meals are prepared on-site and served restaurant-style, with all-day dining available for residents who prefer flexible schedules. Menus accommodate kosher and vegetarian diets, and the culinary staff can host guest meals, private dining events, and occasional outdoor barbecues or picnics.
Internet access is provided throughout the community, and scheduled transportation helps residents reach medical appointments, shopping, and local events.
