Holiday Concord Senior Living at Crescent Heights is an independent-living community that does not provide dedicated dementia or memory care services. Residents remain primarily responsible for their own health management, while staff can encourage and cue self-care for bathing, dressing, eating and toileting when requested. Because the setting is designed for individuals who are largely independent, medical oversight is limited; families should plan to arrange outside clinical or nursing support if a higher level of medical care becomes necessary.
Daily life is supported by an on-site Activity Director who organizes programs that keep residents engaged and alert. Team members are trained to help residents transfer safely with walkers or wheelchairs, and the building has internal security measures appropriate for an unlicensed independent-living environment. The focus is on maintaining mobility, reducing fall risk and ensuring that residents can access activities and meals without unnecessary barriers.
Apartments are available in several floor plans, some with private bathrooms, some with kitchenettes, and others with features such as individual temperature controls or cable connections; not every unit includes every feature, so prospective residents should confirm specific layouts during a tour. Weekly housekeeping and linen service are provided for all independent-living apartments, and optional personal laundry service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Dining offers both a set menu of balanced meals and an on-order option for residents who prefer more flexibility. Meals are prepared on site, and staff coordinate diet preferences or physician-ordered restrictions when given in advance. Snack and beverage stations remain open throughout the day for independent access.
Beyond direct care and dining, the community provides resident parking, full wheelchair accessibility, an on-site barber and beauty shop, a fitness room for self-guided workouts, a dedicated movie room, high-speed internet access in common areas, landscaped communal gardens, scheduled on-site religious services and arranged transportation for shopping or medical appointments. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
