Brookdale Castle Gardens offers three levels of residential care—Independent Living for residents who need little to no daily help, Assisted Living for those who require routine support with activities of daily living, and a dedicated Memory Care program for individuals living with mild to moderate dementia. Each service tier is designed so residents can transition smoothly as needs change, allowing couples with different support requirements to remain on the same campus.
Beyond basic care levels, the community prioritizes on-site medical and therapeutic support. A licensed team is present around the clock, with awake staff on the night shift, and clinicians provide diabetes monitoring, medication management, hospice coordination, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and podiatry services. The campus is specifically configured to accommodate memory loss, offers incontinence and ambulatory care, and delivers hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting when required.
Residences vary by floor plan, and not every apartment includes every feature, but options may include wheelchair-accessible showers, private balconies or patios, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and views of a central fireplace or outdoor deck. The property is pet-friendly, offers accessible common areas, and includes parking for residents and visitors.
Dining is overseen by a professional chef who serves three restaurant-style meals each day, along with an all-day dining menu. Choices include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-sodium, no-sugar, and international cuisine, and guest meals are available so family members can dine with residents.
Amenities on the grounds range from resident parking, a barber/beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, internet access, communal gardens, a library, fireside living room, game room, and piano for casual or scheduled performances. Pets are allowed. It's a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
