Fox Run at Orchard Park delivers three levels of residential care—Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care—on a single campus. Residents who live independently have access to on-site clinical staff for routine health checks and wellness programs, while assisted living residents receive daily help with medication management, personal care, and mobility. The Memory Care neighborhood is designed for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia and provides structured programming, cueing, and 24-hour oversight by specially trained caregivers. Because all three care types are housed in one community, residents can transition between levels without changing their address.
Support services are in place around the clock. Licensed team members monitor residents’ health status, coordinate with outside physicians, and schedule rehabilitation therapies as ordered. A secured environment and 24-hour security personnel help protect residents, and emergency response systems are located throughout the campus. The staff routinely reviews care plans to ensure that services align with each resident’s current needs.
Living quarters range from studio to two-bedroom layouts, and not every residence includes every feature found elsewhere on the campus. A central library and computer lounge offers quiet space for reading or internet use, a gift shop provides everyday items and convenience purchases, and landscaped outdoor areas give residents a place for walking or sitting. Availability of these areas may vary depending on the specific building or unit.
Meals are prepared by the community’s culinary team and served restaurant-style in the main dining room, with menu choices accommodating common dietary needs such as diabetes management and low-sodium requirements. A bistro and grab-and-go options are available for lighter fare, and room service can be arranged when a resident is ill or prefers to dine privately.
Residents can take part in organized arts and crafts sessions, attend regular speaker series events, join yoga classes, use the on-site activity center, and sign up for scheduled social outings to local destinations. Participation is optional, and the staff helps residents select activities that match their interests and physical abilities.
