Terraces at Parke Place offers both Assisted Living and Memory Care, allowing residents to remain on one campus as needs change. The community can manage residents who are diabetic and rely on oral medications, as well as individuals coping with advanced dementia. Clinical oversight includes medication management, incontinence services, ambulatory and non-ambulatory care, and high-acuity support so residents do not have to transfer to another setting when health issues become more complex.
A licensed nurse is on-site 24 hours a day, and all staff members undergo background checks. The team provides full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, and can accommodate walkers, wheelchairs, standby supervision, and one-person transfers. On-site ancillary services include visits from physical, occupational, and massage therapists; podiatry, optometry, and dental care; hospice coordination; a comprehensive wellness program; and direction from a full-time Activity Director. Security personnel are present around the clock to monitor entrances and patrol the building.
Apartments are designed for safety and ease of mobility. Some units have private bathrooms, individual temperature controls, and cable connections, and housekeeping is provided regularly; prospective residents should confirm which specific features are included in the floor plan they select.
Dining follows a set menu prepared three times daily, with staff available to assist residents who need help eating. Between meals, snacks are kept on hand, and the kitchen can adjust textures or portion sizes to meet physician-ordered dietary guidelines.
Residents have access to on-site parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty salon, a movie room, a wellness center, internet connectivity, communal gardens, scheduled religious services, and community-provided transportation for appointments and outings.
