All American Assisted Living at Tinton Falls, opening in Fall 2024, will provide traditional assisted-living care with a clinical backbone. Licensed nurses (RN and LPN) will be on staff, and a nurse will be on call around the clock. An awake night shift will handle overnight needs and routine safety checks. Residents will have access to on-site podiatry, audiology, and dental visits, reducing the need for outside appointments and allowing care plans to be updated quickly when new issues arise.

Complementing the clinical services, the community will maintain 24-hour staffing and security. Exterior doors are alarmed, resident apartments include pull-cord systems, and each resident receives a personal emergency response system that alerts staff immediately. An activity director will organize daily programs that encourage mobility and social engagement, while continuous staff presence helps ensure prompt assistance and oversight at any hour.

Apartments will be offered in several layouts, and not every unit will include every feature, so prospective residents should confirm specific amenities when touring. Available features include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, and the option to paint or decorate the room. Cable service, housekeeping, and scheduled laundry are provided by the community.

Meals will be served three times a day in the dining room, with both set menus and made-to-order choices. Snacks are available throughout the day, and residents may request in-room dining when needed. A private dining room can be reserved for family gatherings. Vegetarian selections are always on the menu, and staff can adjust portion sizes or textures to meet physician-ordered diet plans.

Residents will have access to on-site parking, outdoor smoking areas, wheelchair-accessible common spaces, a barber and beauty shop, an exercise room, a movie room, a wellness center, internet access, on-site religious services, a stair glide, a library, and a variety of special-interest clubs. Transportation is available for scheduled medical appointments via the community shuttle.
