Mullica Gardens offers both Assisted Living and dedicated Memory Care programs, allowing residents to move between levels of support as needs change. Medical oversight includes an on-site doctor, 12- to 16-hour nursing coverage, an RN or LPN on every shift, and access to specialists such as physical, occupational, and speech therapists. The community can coordinate diabetes management, hospice care, mental-wellness programming, and short-term respite stays.

Residents who need help with everyday tasks receive full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. Staff can manage medications, provide incontinence care, and support a range of transfer methods, including walker, wheelchair, standby supervision, and one-person transfers. An enclosed courtyard supports safe outdoor time for memory-care residents, and pet-focused activities are available when appropriate. Additional on-site services include ambulatory care, a visiting dentist, and podiatry.

Apartments are designed for ease of use and may feature kitchenettes, individual climate controls, and cable hookups; however, not all units contain every feature. Scheduled laundry services are included, and maintenance is handled by the community.

Meals follow a set menu with diet modifications available for diabetic, low-sodium, or other physician-ordered plans. Snacks are provided throughout the day, and a private dining room can be reserved for family gatherings or special occasions.

Common-area amenities include wheelchair-accessible pathways, a barber and beauty shop, communal gardens, and a resident library.
