Medical oversight includes routine monitoring, coordination with outside physicians and access to short-term or respite stays when caregivers are unavailable or recovery time is needed. Diabetes management is available, with glucose monitoring, insulin administration, meal planning aligned with dietary guidance and regular communication with the resident’s healthcare providers to keep levels stable.

Apartments are offered in several layouts and all are designed with safety features like grab bars, step-in showers and emergency call systems, though not every unit includes every feature. Outdoor areas give residents a place to sit or walk while staying close to their own rooms, and maintenance, housekeeping and laundry are handled by the staff.

Meals are prepared three times a day in a central dining room, with snacks available between services. The culinary team can modify menus to meet medical or personal dietary requirements, including carbohydrate-controlled selections for residents managing diabetes. Residents who prefer to dine privately can request tray service to their apartments.
