Complete Care – Willows Assisted Living delivers two levels of residential care: Assisted Living for adults who need predictable help with daily routines and Memory Care for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, including advanced stages. Clinical oversight covers a wide range of conditions; the team can manage residents who wander at any time of day, show elopement risk, demonstrate combative or other behavioral challenges, stay awake throughout the night, or require wound care, oxygen therapy, special diets, or diabetes management using oral medication, injections, or sliding-scale insulin. The community’s care plans are individualized and updated as conditions change.

Round-the-clock nursing coverage includes an RN/LPN on staff, a nurse on site 24 hours a day, and an additional nurse on call. Safety measures involve background-checked employees, awake night staffing, secured doors with alarms, fenced outdoor space, wander-guard technology, pull-cord alerts, and in-room PERS devices. On-site medical services bring in podiatry, audiology, dental care, and a therapy room, and the residence accepts individuals with psychiatric diagnoses. Staff can provide full assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting, plus transfers that range from standby to two-person lifts for residents using walkers or wheelchairs.

Apartments are offered in several layouts, and not every unit includes every feature. Options may feature a private bathroom, kitchenette, furnished or unfurnished setups, independent temperature controls, and cable. Residents are welcome to paint or decorate their space. Housekeeping is provided, and some apartments have in-unit laundry while others rely on scheduled laundry services.

Dining covers both set menus and made-to-order meals, with snacks available throughout the day, in-room tray service, and a private dining room for guests or special occasions. The kitchen staff accommodates doctor-ordered or preference-based diet modifications, including gluten-free choices, vegetarian selections, mechanical-chopped, puréed, and thickened-liquid preparations.

Amenities and services include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, outdoor smoking areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, concierge assistance, a library, and various special-interest clubs. Transportation services incorporate scheduled medical shuttles and access to nearby public transit.
