Heath Village offers four levels of residential care—Assisted Living, Independent Living, Residential Care Home, and Memory Care—allowing residents to transition between services without leaving the community. The Memory Care program is equipped to manage advanced dementia conditions and incorporates secured environments to reduce wandering and elopement risk.
Residents who wander in the morning or evening, require oxygen, are under 60, or manage diabetes through oral medication, injections, or sliding‐scale protocols can all be accommodated. A registered nurse or licensed practical nurse is on site around the clock, supported by awake overnight staff who have passed background checks. Emergency pull cords and personal emergency response systems link directly to staff, and an activity director coordinates daily engagement. On-site podiatry is available, and full assistance is offered for bathing, dressing, and toileting, while eating remains self-care. Transfer support ranges from standby supervision to one- or two-person assists and includes walkers and wheelchairs.
Apartments may feature private bathrooms, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable service, and the option to paint or decorate; however, not every unit has every feature. Housekeeping is provided on a regular schedule to keep living spaces tidy.
Dining operates on an on-order system so residents can choose meals at convenient times. Snacks are stocked throughout the day, and a private dining room is available for family visits or special occasions. The culinary team manages physician-ordered diet modifications to support medical needs such as diabetic or low-sodium plans.
Amenities include resident parking, outdoor smoking areas, full wheelchair accessibility, an on-site barber and beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, a wellness center, high-speed internet access, communal gardens, on-site religious services, concierge assistance, a library, and scheduled transportation for shopping and appointments.
