Nursing coverage is robust: an RN or LPN is on site around the clock, with an additional nurse on call 24/7. All apartments are protected by door alarms, in-room pull cords, and a personal emergency response system that links directly to staff. Residents have on-site access to podiatry services and can receive complete assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, or toileting. Mobility support ranges from supervision with a walker to one-person and Hoyer-lift transfers. An activity director coordinates daily engagement tailored to each resident’s abilities.

Private and shared suites are available; some include a private bathroom, a kitchenette, individual climate controls, and cable service, although these features are not uniform across all units. Residents may furnish their apartments to their preference, subject to safety guidelines, and maintenance is handled by the community.
