Assisted Living at Pine Hill offers a single level of care—assisted living—with the option for respite or short-term stays for guests who need a temporary solution. The program is equipped to support residents with moderate dementia and those who require diabetes oversight. Because care plans are adapted for both permanent and short-stay residents, the community can quickly add or remove services as conditions change.
Around-the-clock clinical coverage is maintained by on-site RNs and LPNs, an awake night staff, and a nurse who remains on call 24 hours a day. Pull-cord and personal emergency response systems link directly to staff, and the building is staffed and monitored at all times. On-site services include medication management, incontinence care, high-acuity oversight, and options for both ambulatory and non-ambulatory residents. Therapy disciplines—speech, occupational, physical, and podiatry—see residents on a scheduled basis, and personal care assistants provide help with bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting. When mobility support is needed, staff can supervise walkers, offer standby help, or perform a one-person transfer.
Accommodations range from studio to companion layouts. Residents may paint or decorate their rooms, and many apartments are wired for cable. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry are provided. Not all accommodations include every feature, so families are encouraged to verify the specific amenities in the suite they choose.
Meals follow a set menu that rotates regularly to meet nutritional guidelines. Daily snacks are available between meals, and staff monitor special diets for residents who require them, including those managing diabetes.
Outdoor communal gardens give residents a place to walk, sit, or join a small group activity when weather permits. Scheduled transportation is available for medical appointments, errands, and community outings, allowing residents to keep external commitments with minimal planning.
