Additional care features include an on-site Activity Director who coordinates therapeutic and social programs, as well as safety systems such as pull-cords and Personal Emergency Response Systems that alert staff around the clock. When residents need physical help, team members can assist with bathing, eating, dressing, and toileting for those who can perform some but not all of the activity on their own. Staff are also trained in safe transfers for residents who use walkers or wheelchairs, ensuring mobility support without compromising safety.

Private apartments are available in several floor plans, although not every unit contains every feature. Options may include a private bathroom, an in-unit or kitchenette-style cooking space, independent temperature controls, cable service, in-unit laundry, and permission to paint or decorate. Weekly housekeeping is provided, and maintenance staff handle routine repairs. Dining is offered restaurant-style with prepared menus that can accommodate most dietary requirements, and residents who prefer to cook in their own kitchenette may still join communal meals as they choose.

Independent Living residents receive lighter support but can still schedule housekeeping and laundry through the community or handle these tasks themselves if they prefer. A monthly meal plan is available that allows Independent Living residents to select a number of meals in the main dining room each month, offering flexibility for those who travel or dine out frequently.
