Hillsbrook Village delivers four levels of residential support—Assisted Living, Independent Living, Residential Care Home, and Memory Care—so residents can enter at the care level they need and transition without relocating. The community is prepared for medically complex profiles, accepting residents who wander at any time of day, are at risk for elopement, stay awake overnight, use oxygen, require special diets, or are under 60 years old. Diabetics are accommodated whether they use oral medications, injections, or sliding-scale insulin, and the team is trained to manage moderate dementia conditions.
Clinical coverage is continuous: an RN or LPN is on staff, a nurse is on-site around the clock, and another is on call after hours. Night shifts are fully awake, and both WanderGuard technology and pull-cord/PERS alerts connect residents to 24-hour security personnel. On-site medical offerings include podiatry, audiology, dental services, a therapy room, and primary-care visits; psychiatric conditions are accepted. Daily living assistance is matched to individual needs, from full bathing help to partial support with dressing, eating, and toileting. Mobility options span standby supervision, one- or two-person transfers, walker and wheelchair use, and full Hoyer-lift transfers.
Private and companion suites are available, many featuring en-suite baths, kitchenettes, independent temperature controls, cable, and the option to paint or decorate, though not every unit includes every item on this list. Weekly housekeeping and scheduled laundry are standard, and Independent Living residents can add medication-management monitoring, housekeeping, and laundry services as needed.
Dining is offered three ways: a chef-planned set menu, made-to-order options, and anytime snacks. Diet management covers gluten-free, vegetarian, mechanical-chop, purée, and thickened-liquid preparations, and a private dining room can be reserved for family visits. Independent Living residents can select a monthly meal plan that fits their routine while still accessing the main dining room when desired.
Residents have access to parking, are welcome to bring pets, and the entire campus is wheelchair accessible; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed. Amenities include an on-site barber/beauty shop, exercise and movie rooms, a wellness center, internet access, communal gardens, religious services, concierge assistance, a library, and several special-interest clubs. Transportation is provided through a scheduled shuttle for medical appointments and community outings.
