Beyond routine medical oversight, residents have access to scheduled physical, occupational, and speech therapy sessions provided through outside agencies that come on site. The community organizes regular wellness checks, fall-prevention reviews, and chronic disease education programs. Transportation is available for off-site medical appointments, and coordination with pharmacy, home health, or hospice providers is arranged when a resident’s condition changes.
