Legacy House of Centennial Hills offers three tiers of residential care. Assisted living residents receive help with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, medication reminders, and mobility, while independent living residents have access to support when needed but manage most tasks on their own. A secured memory care program is available for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementias; caregivers trained in dementia support provide structured daily routines and cueing to promote safety and reduce anxiety.
The community maintains a 24-hour emergency call system in every apartment and common area, giving residents direct access to staff at any time of day or night. Caregivers are on-site around the clock, and licensed personnel coordinate care plans and monitor health changes. On-site incontinence care management helps residents maintain dignity and hygiene, and regular wellness checks allow early identification of changing medical needs.
Residences range from studio layouts to larger apartments, some with patios or views of the landscaped outdoor areas that surround the building. Each unit offers a private bathroom and basic kitchenette, and certain floor plans include additional storage or living space. Not all accommodations have all the features, so prospective residents should review the available options to find a layout that meets their preferences.
Meals are prepared three times daily and served restaurant-style in the main dining room, with menus overseen by dining staff to accommodate common dietary requirements such as low-sodium or diabetic needs. Snacks and beverages are available throughout the day, and residents can request tray service during short-term illness or recovery. Guest meals are offered for visiting family members.
Residents can use an on-site activity center for group exercises, crafts, and social gatherings, and a library and computer lounge offers quiet reading space, internet access, and opportunities for lifelong learning.
