Legato Living @ Eastridge delivers three levels of residential support—Assisted Living, Residential Care Home, and Memory Care—with a clinical program that accommodates residents with complex needs. The team is experienced in managing wandering behaviors at any hour, elopement risks, significant behavioral issues, and sleep-wake cycle disruptions such as being up all night. Residents who require oxygen therapy, insulin injections, sliding-scale diabetes management, or who are younger than 60 are accepted, and the staff is trained to care for individuals living with advanced dementia conditions.

Clinical oversight is reinforced by an RN or LPN on staff and a nurse on call 24 hours a day. All employees complete background checks, and the building features door alarms, a fenced rear area, and an awake night shift to help maintain safety. Full-assistance personal care—including bathing, dressing, eating, and toileting—is available, and staff can handle mobility needs ranging from standby supervision to two-person or Hoyer-lift transfers. On-site podiatry is provided, and the community also accepts residents with psychiatric diagnoses.

Private and semi-private rooms are offered, and each is wired for cable, though not every unit contains every feature, so it is best to verify specific layouts during a visit. Rooms are designed to accommodate mobility devices such as walkers and wheelchairs and can be equipped with personal furnishings to create familiar surroundings for residents with memory impairment.

Dining includes a daily set menu prepared to meet general nutritional guidelines, an on-order option for residents who prefer more choice, and all-day snack availability. The culinary staff can modify textures and manage specialized diets, including diabetic and low-sodium plans, to align with individual medical directives.
