Symphony Pointe offers Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care, allowing residents to move between care levels as needs change. The community is equipped to manage residents who wander during the day or night, have a history of elopement, stay up all night, or require oxygen therapy. Diabetes management is available for those on oral medications, injections, or sliding-scale insulin, and the team is trained to work with residents who have advanced dementia.
Daily support is delivered by an RN or LPN on site with a nurse on call 24 hours a day. Background-checked staff remain awake overnight, and the property uses door alarms, a fenced rear area, and pull-cord call systems to help keep residents safe. Full assistance can be provided with bathing, dressing, and toileting, while help with eating is available at the standby level. Mobility support ranges from basic supervision to one-person transfers, and residents using walkers or wheelchairs are accommodated.
Apartments vary by layout and amenity: some include private bathrooms, kitchenettes, furnished options, independent temperature controls, cable service, and in-unit laundry, and residents may paint or decorate their rooms. Housekeeping and scheduled laundry services are provided for Assisted Living and Memory Care; Independent Living residents can choose optional housekeeping and laundry services for an additional fee.
Meals are prepared to order, and snacks are available throughout the day. Residents may dine in their rooms, join others in the main dining area, or reserve a private dining room for family visits.
Amenities include resident parking, wheelchair-accessible common areas, a barber and beauty shop, exercise room, movie room, wellness center, internet access, on-site religious services, concierge, library, pool, special-interest clubs, scheduled transportation, and medical-only shuttle services. Pets are allowed; it’s a good idea to check with the community during your visit to see if your pet will be allowed.
